Services

Cart Forensics provides conversion rate optimisation audits, ecommerce coaching and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement will be agreed upon separately before work commences.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Cart Forensics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Deliverables created as part of a paid engagement are licensed to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in your engagement proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on overdue accounts.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our services, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of liability

Cart Forensics provides recommendations based on our professional expertise, but we do not guarantee specific results such as increased revenue or conversion rates. Our services are advisory in nature, and implementation decisions remain with the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cart Forensics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
